Guernsey Surgical was established in early 2023 at Queens Road to provide high-quality, patient-centred surgical services to the people of Guernsey. Our mission is to deliver advanced care for various conditions, focusing on patient comfort by offering treatments outside traditional hospital settings, often avoiding the need for general anaesthetic.

We specialise in minimally invasive treatments for gastrointestinal and pelvic floor conditions, ensuring excellent outcomes with minimal disruption to your daily life.

  • Evacuatory difficulties: Problems passing stools
  • Anal disorders: Haemorrhoids (piles), fissures, itching (pruritus ani), skin tags, and lumps
  • Pilonidal disease: Chronic infections near the tailbone

Procedures offered

  • Removal of skin lesions, haemorrhoid treatments, Botox for fissures, pilonidal sinus treatment, and endoscopic examinations
