All patients over 18 years of age may request a private flu vaccination, if you are not entitled please complete the below before continuing to the online booking system, this will be held on file for the duration of the seasonal flu vaccination programme only.

You will be charged £35.50 on arrival.

Vaccines booked online are delivered at our Grange, St. Peter Port surgery only.
