Receptionist

Are you passionate about healthcare and committed to excellence? QRMP, a dedicated general medical practice, is looking for a motivated, Full-time, permanent Receptionist to enhance our team!

Key Responsibilities:

•    To promote and foster a positive, collaborative and inclusive environment that seeks to develop teamwork, new ideas and open communication.
•    Participate fully in the ‘Practice Improvement Plan.’
•    Maintaining the smooth running of reception.
•    Book/check/alter appointments with all clinicians. 
•    Take payments.
•    Issue Invoices / Allocating payments. 
•    Collect and verify patient details/email addresses for Practice records. 
•    Ensure patient information is available and up-to-date.
•    Attending/ completing mandatory training.
•    Open and close reception when required.
•    Engage in H&S and Risk Management training and remain aware of requirements whilst conducting any role within the organisation.
•    Any other tasks as reasonably required.


What We’re Looking For:

  •    Qualifications: GCSE – Math and English “C” or above.
    -    Experience: Previous experience preferred but not essential.

✅ Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong attention to detail; excellent communication skills.
✅ Traits: Flexible, team-oriented, and able to handle sensitive information confidentially.
