Wellness & Preventative Care

Our Wellness and Preventative Healthcare programme works with employers to help develop specific programmes linked towards making medium to longer term improvements in the health and wellbeing of their people.  The programmes generally cover at least a 12 month period and involve education sessions, health questionnaires, assessments, benchmarking, suggested interventions and outcome measurements.

Typically, programmes are designed to focus on specific areas of concern and to tailor the programme to ensure that awareness of the issues are raised, a structured programme is then embarked upon to hopefully deliver the desired outcomes – with quantitative and qualitative assessments conducted throughout the programme.

Areas of activity can range from alcohol and tobacco consumption, exercise levels, emotional wellbeing and healthy weight.
