Dr Brereton qualified in Belfast in 1984 and is a member of both the Royal College of General Practitioners and of the Royal College of Physicians with a particular interest in dermatology.

Dr Brereton undertakes minor skin surgery and cryotherapy.

Dr Brereton is currently the Vice Chairman of the Practice and sits on the Management Committee as well as being the Clinical IT lead at the Practice.
