Diabetic checks
As part of the the States of Guernsey’s commitment to improving the health of diabetic patients in the Bailiwick, a free annual diabetic check was launched in Spring 2022.
The check involves a 30 minute appointment with a Practice Nurse who has been specifically trained to conduct this essential, preventative service.
We will send invitations by text and letter to all of our patients with a diagnosis of diabetes on an annual basis, but please contact us if you have not had your check.
