Dr Toumazi studied medicine in Newcastle Upon Tyne, graduating in 2010, followed by two years experience in Emergency medicine while completing an MSc in Health Policy, following her passion for equitable and sustainable healthcare systems.

Dr Toumazi moved to Guernsey with a young family and is already enjoying Island life – particularly her passion for water sports, alongside e-biking and living a sustainable life supporting the health of the planet.
