After many years in General Practice – over 35 years – Dr Wilson very much enjoys delivering all aspects of General Practice care and to keeping up to date with ever-changing medical advances.  She is particularly interested in emotional problems which arise and also has an interest in chronic fatigue problems travel medicine and gynaecology.

In addition to being a Part-Time Partner at Queens Road, Dr Wilson runs the Guernsey charity The Tumaini Fund, delivering care and support to 25,000 AIDS orphans in Tanzania.

Dr Wilson was awarded an MBE in the Queen’s official birthday honours list in June 2013 for her work with the Tumaini Fund.
