Dr Lavarello has gained extensive experience in a range of locations and medical disciplines during over the last twenty years.

Dr Lavarello completed her postgraduate training at the East of England Faculty and has a  special interest in General Surgery and Musculoskeletal medicine, giving her the ability to perform minor surgeries and joint injections.

Her broad range of experience includes three years surgical training in Peru and a twelve month period in the Amazon rainforest, where she was involved in research and published in ‘Public Health and Tropical Diseases’ with the Johns Hopkins University in Maryland, USA.

Her medical career has been enriched from her personal experiences in different health systems including ones in the UK, Peru, and Bahrain.  She enjoys all areas of General Practice, particularly Public Health and Preventive medicine.

In her spare time she enjoys travelling, reading, street photography, and dancing to Latin music such as Salsa.
