Dr Katy Miller

BM chB(Oxon), MRCGP, MA ( Cantab), DTM&H, DRCOG, PGCE

Dr Katy Miller grew up in Guernsey and graduated from Oxford in 1999 after an earlier career inĀ  Natural Sciences and teaching. Dr Miller has practiced in a variety of clinical settings, based mainly in Scotland for General Practice.

Having completed her GP training in Edinburgh and working in busy inner city and cosmopolitan practices, Dr Miller has also practiced across more rural settings in the Lothians and Moray. Prior to this she also practiced in a number of different clinical settings in East Africa which included working with HIV/AIDS at The Mildmay Centre in Uganda.

Dr Miller returned to Guernsey in 2020 after having been volunteering with her family at Hebron School in Southern India and has been working as a GP assistant since then. She has a general interest in people and enjoys working in all the areas of general practice with a specialist interest in working with the elderly. She is married and has 2 children as well as a treasured re-homed cat – “Rocky” and sits on The Tumaini Fund, Guernsey committee as well as being involved in a variety of groups at Holy Trinity.
